Does this tell us permits will begin to get issued? I think so.

KRY asks for clarification from Mibam. The gov't has already said there will be mining. Can the CVG really give us an answer? I don't think they can except answering with the permit. The only other answer would be a "no" and there would be no reason not to give that answer right away. I think the CVG is waiting for something.

If the gov't is waiting for a situation or event to be completed then a "yes" would not be in the cards for KRY because as we have seen in the past the gov't doesn't want to telegraph ahead of time what may be happening and that would be the permit....IMO
