they've been reviewing for over 3 years....first, mibam sends it to hugo who sent it to the AN who sent it back to minamb who sent it back to the AN who sent it back to mibam who now looks like they'll send it back to the AN......

i think the whole plan is to keep the poor in poverty...that way they cant fight....

i suspect on the 25th that rangel will show up in sifontes and hand out toaster ovens in lieu of checks....... (never mind they dont have electric)...

they should call this the "dangling carrot revolution"....simon bolivar would puke if he saw this....
