This type of solution will save Chavez lots of money and probably at this point ,will be best for us ,having considered that the offer could be fair payment for our assets.

It's possible that the hold up could be Fung demanding a better price. If they believe they have solid legal standing why take a low ball offer. Perhaps this is coming to a head before the Russian come back at the end of November.

If Chavez can get whoever to buy our contract then they wouldn't owe any compansation.
