EZ, Dparge is right about if VZ dismantles CVG our contract is voided. Our contract is with CVG who is supposed to do everything in their power to fascilitate getting the permits to start the mine. We've all seen how well CVG has done on our behalf.

I do think we will have legal recourse against the VZ government for dealing in bad faith. I also think we are way ahead of ourselves with this legal talk. Until we get word from Sanz that VZ won't be honoring our contract we are in the same place we were before all the articles about Rusia talking over. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy with speculation on what will happen based on half baked stories written by reporters and I use the word reporters loosely as most of them are simply regurgitating information that hasn't been verified.
