I think rasing the profile of KRY is government officials in both countries is a good idea. Canada is showing good will towards Vz. We've been supportive of Cuba for all these years when the US has been a staunch foe.

Vz should really try and keep Canada friendly and embrace our trade.

So, I'm proposing that we follow the diplomatic route (civil discussions) to gain attention. If things truly turn nasty then Canada should stand up and be counted. Let Vz know that good partners don't betray each other.
