Zen. I'm gettin gthe feeling rthat the locals have a completely different take on why the permit has not been issued. The spin seems to be that it is KRY's fault that the mine is not up and running, and therefor see this latest 'news' as rescuing them from KRY's screwups.

Do we have anyone on the ground down there that can or does get the real picture out to the locals. notices, bits in local papers, word of mouth etc. I keep on getting the feeling that the reality of the situation, i.e ..that KRY has been sitting there for years ready to go, is not what the locals have been led to believe.
