Canada is a socialist country, and with the nationalization of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and the bailouts of the investment banks (like Goldman Sachs, $20bn) etc, the USA will be in the same camp as modern day socialist Russia!

So, both the USA and Canada would qualify with Russia!
