My translator ring say's "President Hugo Cheves riding a new imported Russian mountain bike made out of Venezuelan mineral resources mined by one of the new joint venture Venezuela/Russian companies. The President is seen ridding past a recently imported Russian made conveyor tower made out of Georgian mineral resources".
