Possible direction for KRY

Many of you here believe KRY will not have sufficient fund to go through legal. My guess is.. they will sell all of their 300 M of CAPEX, repay the debt around 100 M and have cash value of around 250 M to fight against Venz in the court. I think it might be the best interest of our shareholders if things do follow Reuters and Bloomberg.
