The president Hugo Chávez should visit this Saturday the town of Santa Elena de Uairén, to inaugurate its modern airport, as announced last Nov. 6 by the same means the governor of Bolivar state, Francisco Rangel Gomez. Apparently, the head of state has other commitments in other areas of the country.
