dan he nationalized oil companies worth 100x LC.....i would guess he has a $$$ formula for nationalizing and what the pro's/cons are...for the most part i really think he does it for ego/power....

in any case, if he takes LC/LB i'd guess he already has a number in mind that he'll pay...
