The problem that we (KRY) have is that we cannot make press releases that either criticize the Venezuelan governement for being slow, or make statements of substance about Venezuelan governement decisions without their authorization.

KRY can have other people do that dirty work for them. BTW...let's assume we go to international arbitration and we "win" ten years or so down the road and Venezuela simply refuses to pay?
