The problem that we (KRY) have is that we cannot make press releases that either criticize the Venezuelan governement for being slow, or make statements of substance about Venezuelan governement decisions without their authorization.

Yeah, it is frustrating and very annoying but as long as the company still thinks that the project will go ahead, there is no reason to create problems. If KRY decides at some point that it ain't happening then they should head down the arbitration route.

IMO in the current market, there is no way to talk up the shares unless there is a substantial event to announce.

I guess that I'm in the minority here now that thinks KRY will be getting the permit.
