For the engineers the mining can be the motor of development of the country
Worried about the assumption about the control about the project the Cristinas on the part of the Ministry about the Popular Power for the Basic Industries and Mining (Mibam), a group of engineers of the zone set out their vision on the future of the mining sector in the region, to follow itself making specific action of this type.

“Venezuela is remaining back as far as development because the mining industry is considered something negative for the country, for the planet and for the humanity and that it is false because this one is the one that has given the possibility that the man can create advances. If the minerals were not operated, the technology was not possible”, commented Pablo Gamboa, international environmental adviser and ex- governor of the state Bolivar.

According to the engineer, the mining activity would have to be legalized, because it considers that the deterioration of the atmosphere like product of the same, must, indeed, to the prohibitory condition that “causes that the miner extracts and leaves the site destroyed by fear to they capture that it in the place”.

For the Gamboa, most advisable it would be the creation of a Law that regulates and establishes the obligations, like payment of taxes that are destined to the recovery of grounds in charge of the State.

Call to reflection
“I ask to him which is against the mining: of what we are going to live if petroleum does not give for as much. The centralist ones must understand that the mining development is what is going to improve the country”, argued the ex- governor.

In its visit to Mail of the Caroní, Gamboa was accompanied by Maria Alvarez, Damarys Yearling calf, Lina Marin, Rose Bullet mold, Héctor Montaño, members of the School of Engineers.

On the other hand, Maria Alvarez and Damarys Yearling calf agreed in which the policy of the mining reconversion “was shod, because thus nothing is solved. The decision was taken from unfortunate way and without knowledge of the consequences”.

Finally, the engineers suggested the idea to the next members of the Regional Parliament to legislate in favor of the “harmony” and “viability” in order to avoid that the Venezuelans continue being “poor on rich grounds”.

They propose to decree to the organization like a mining state and to dedicate themselves to supervise the permisología.
