Here is why I'm not sure it means KRY.

“We must terminate our relation with a company that has come working in the zone”, it said in apparent reference to Crystallex. “We have a legal problem there”, added.

If it was Kry why wouldn't they say we will have a legal problem in the future tense instead of we have which is in the present tense.

I have no idea if it is simply translation or they are reffering to they can't let Kry mine LC because to the Vanessa lawsuit.
