the relationship with a miner in the area, the one that needs to be terminated by Ven... the one with the legal problem... is MINCA/ Infinito/Vanessa. after all this time, they haven't addressed that problem yet and it is time they did. surely, they don't want to initiate yet another legal process!

That makes sense. That legal 'problem\detail' needs to be resolved before any deal with KRY can be finalized.
