I don't think we're headed for court (assuming it's true that Hugo is partnering with the Russians). It seems to me that it would be in everybody's best interests to work out a deal. It may not be what we were looking for but hopefully it will allow us to escape from this debacle somewhat intact. Honestly...think about it...assuming it is true that Hugo is hell bent on flushing KRY and replacing them with the Russians...on what grounds is Hugo going to justify this? What did KRY do or not do to warrent this action? The MOC counts for nothing? It's possible that Hugo simply flushes us without regard to law or consequences (i.e. the end of foreign 'non-commy' investment) but I believe that KRY management has already worked out some type of deal behind the scenes. I could see some kind of low ball "buyout\stock swap" by the end of the month. I don't know what the cost basis of some of the big institutional investors is in this stock, but I'm sure they have an opinion that has already been enthusiastically expressed to management regarding what is an "acceptable" deal and what is not.
