asked to leave the land damage compensation and or court case

forced takeover law ball offer and discussions to improve the offer

friendly take over agreement on a face value share price

amalgamation BOD and name change and share for share exchange in the new company

I am not an expert but these seam to be reasonable possibilities and i see in these options lots more up-stick

and a move on the share price will be up way more than the actual SP showing on my monitor.
