Vet...that makes sense to me. I think there has been a lot of horsetrading going on behind the scenes regarding a buyout offer from Rusoro for KRY and GRZ (hell...Rusoro already made an offer for GRZ). I'm sure it will be dirt cheap....just enough to be more lucrative than going the legal route and enough to make managenment some walking around $$$ on cheap stock options. The question is....how much is enough and how much will\can they offer?
