if it's all true (and it sounds that way) then the deal has to be done already...how else could sanz plan to get the gold out in 09'? the equipment backlog alone would nullify that....rusoro will buy out kry with all shares....imo

if kry mngt comes out with a p/r next week saying they're accepting an offer from rusoro for (say $1.20) then we know that mngt knew about this ahead of time...traded on it....and planned options accordingly......

then we all need to grab pitchforks and torches and march on kry headquarters.....
