Hugo wants to play both sides?

Stating control of a mine they own may be PR for the elections.

He can buy shares on the cheap and have KRY mine it after the elections?

If we get shafted (pardon the pun) sell the equipment to anyone but Hugo and let him wait for the long lead equipment!
