VERY good point. There is no way to buy this stuff quickly as we saw they equipment they sold was to assist someone else not to wait 18 months for stuff. I am not saying we got it as this govt is beyond nuts but that statement can not have any material value if they are to do it themselves unless they use shovels and sledgehammers.
