KRY owns the mining expertises for La Cristinas, all researches done in term of mining, optimize production, etc.

ALL these belong to KRY.

If the mine will start in 2009, and KRY is in the ‘’waiting permit status’’; VZ has to start with KRY first:

1. giving them the permit
2. clarify with KRY the future
3. start mining La Cristinas….which is planned for 2009
