The damages due Crystallex would be huge -- take a look at the damages under the treaty -- they have a specific contract with us from which damages, including costs incurred and all anticipated revenue for the life of the deal (likely at NPV) would be included.

Don't thik we'll have to go that way, but the award would be in the billions. Infinito is only looking for a hundered million and has a very weak case unlike us.
