"Adicionalmente, el Estado venezolano recibirá 40% de las utilidades netas que produzcan, 20% va a ser destinado a las comunidades y el resto de las ganancias (40%)" será para los inversionistas privados, agregó.

"Additionally, the Venezuelan state will receive 40% of net incomethat is produced, 20% will be allocated to communities and the rest of the gain (40%)" will be for private investors, he added.
