NoBear...I'll buy that till after the election (I have no choice anyway). Your stated view is supported by the lack of any public reference to the expiration of the legal deadline by GRZ. KRY and GRZ seem to be on the same page in this regard. Again...this would suggest that both companies are getting positive signals from the Vennies behind the scenes.
