We should begin arbitration proceedings and blow off any chance of ever mining LC when management determines that our cash flow is at the minimum needed to fight the long battle.

That is why I suggest that we sell off all of our equipment and cut all expenses to ABSOLUTE minimums prior to that time.

I just do not think that we are there yet, and still think that a permit is in our near future. This is not a decision to be made lightly, once we head down the litigation route there is no return.
