Some posters theorized that the elections would be a catalyst for the permit. It seems things are crazy enough in VZ that it may not happen. So, if we go through NOV without a permit what, if anything, could realistically push us through? Legal action?

It sucks, but it seems we are just "hoping" for something to happen. Chavez in power is bad. It seems he is either against KRY or indifferent. It will still be a crap shoot if he looses power. I am in it to the bitter end but I just do not see anything to back up these optimistic e-mails and broad press-releases we get every now and then from the company.
