I had a pearl named Garcia and it was struck by a violation and pulled off the board .

Indirectly all the posts about Chavez,while there is no news for KRY,effect the permit issuance because the political problem are effecting is time schedule;

so you see while Chavez is trying to resolve the election problems KRY is out from his visual range and therefore the permit is pushed farther and farther away.

Also when there is nothing happening about KRY a little bit of this or that will stimulate the posting and keep the members active.
