no bear,

"Corporate General and Administrative expenses" are averaging about $22mil a year right now.....

the share price is almost 1/20th of the high 2 1/2 years ago...

some of these folks are making millions the last 2 1/2 years...

and they have the stones to ask me for more incentive or they might leave the company?

you have to be blank'n kidding me!
