Well put opg, why waste $s at this point for a vote that could have easily waited for the annual shareholders meeting. This just shows me how out of touch these pampered and spoiled management types are.

I am not waiting for the Nov meeting, I have voted "no" to all 4 questions on the proxy form I received yesterday.
