Whatever happened to "prompt resolution of the permit"?

I learned a long time ago that VZ's definition of time is quite different. I believe it was in 2005 when the AN voted to expedite KRY's permit.



Sometimes I feel like I am in a Stephen R Donaldson book where we are in the "Land" and 300 years passes for every 1 year in VZ!



KRY will get where we want it to be; it just won't be as quick about it as we all had hoped.
