makin, i pretty sure the average joe still owns over 50%......also, who's to say how the institutions will vote...you never know...

the truth is i dont care if these guys get options or not...but so far trying to placate everybody (hugo, mngt, bod) has'nt worked...at all..

maybe another approach would...we can call it the "do your job, get paid" plan......hard times call for the hard line....
