Not to worry, not a heated debate. :)

I can certainly understand the frustration of those that want to only pay if they get a permit, I just disagree and find it totally unrealistic.

Anyone worth anything would have another job and we would have an empty HQ. Although our cash would last a little longer there would be nobody at the fax machine when the permit arrives. LOL
