Also, we've seen in the past how 1 or 2 news releases will send this stock into a frenzy. At these levels, a 100%+ jump would not be unthinkable with just one positive Vheadline report.

The fact is, the Notice of the Special Meeting says what it says. It is specifically vague as to what the how much they would allow the increase to be. It merely states: "amendment to the directors remuneration plan (the “DRP”) of the Corporation to increase the number of common shares issuable under the DRP"

Until I see specific numbers, my vote has to be NO.

I'm not trying to punish management, this has been an ordeal for all involved. But I'm not going to give them carte blanc either.
