Hi. I have lurked a long time. Been long on KRY for about 8 years. Thought I would throw in a comment.

The options are important and should be available as part of an incentive compensation plan. But they (new and existing employees) should be a reward for achieving success. Success in terms of share price is not something we have yet seen.

I don't know if it is possible, legally or otherwise but...

What if the options were structured with a price of say $0.50... but could only be exercised after 1) 15 million shares had traded on the Amex/TSE at a price of over $2.00; or 2) after the share price traded on the Amex/TSE had exceeded $2.00 for a period for 15 consecutive trading days.
