Seems to me it would be easier to keep the talented and experienced people happy (and also well compensated) if they actually had something to do. So I agree with those who say get the permit to build the mine first then talk about compensation and more dilution- Even though I think the Co. is doing an adequate job and the problem holdup is with a corupt Venezuelan beaurocracy.

The meeting is the day before the Venezuelan election? What's up with that, I'm already spun beyond repair.
