I don't have to mention to anyone that Chavez actions are aimed only to is political agenda for now.

the construction and the opening of schools ,hospitals ,waterworks ,sewage [and by the way ,build mostly by others]cost wise is peanuts to compare with the cost of running and sustaining such activities.

I see no funds , not even mentioned toward the upkeep of the afore mentioned inaugurations.

Regarding the permit for us and the blackout of news imposed by Sanz makes me believe that everything is set and ready to go otherwise there was no need to duck tape people mouth.

They will disclose the new mining law with any permit on their own time and convenience.
