makin, well said.... as for me, i think we are actually in the AN (and/or hugo) hands.....who knows WTF is going on at minamb but the AN and/or hugo pressed the "expedited corrections"..

also, merly said the compliance would have to be taken into account in the governments decision...not her decision...not minambs decision.... but the governments decision.....

since the ven government cant seem to get it's act together and the last formal decision on the permit was actually "no".....then i say we go the legal route at the earliest possible opportunity....if the government decides to change it's mind and let us mine LC then great..no harm/no foul....if not then we're that much closer to resolution....
