gw, who knows? we hav'nt recieved the permit with rangel in office...i've been reading up on the states of venezuela and what each one contributes..feel kinda guilty knowing more about venezuela than my own country but hey, money's money...

bolivar may be backward but it's economic contributions to venezuela are huge...right now it seems that zulia (the oil state) and cariboba (manufacturing) are definately ready to tell hugo to f' off....... bolivar (the mining/forestry/manufacturing state) thanks to rangel pooring money into the election...who knows?

but my assumption is if hugo loses all three of these states then he will probably not serve out his full tour as alo' asshead...and i dont think hugo is the kinda guy to go quietly....

it seems to me that new candidates might be more anxious to get things done.... who knows?
