how many here think the pps would move up if kry announced selling the equipment and initiating legal action today?

i love the LC story but i buy stocks for 1 reason (to make money).

i'm really to the point of saying "ok, i'll take a haircut, but it better screw hugo in the process"....

if kry mngt lets hugo ride us (by "us" i mean shareholders as mngt has continued to make money) into the ground without a fight, when we could have taken action and salvaged this puppy....
