I don't know if I'd go that far! LOL

I suspect Fung has already voiced this and been told "the path is clear but we have our own agenda and we will sign the permit when it meets our interests (VZ). If you want it then play ball."

GRZ is in a position that they could threaten other pursuits, but we are not. Even though Vz needs someone to mine LC and KRY is the best choice, VZ has time, we do not.
