Harvey "the hit man" Beltran out with another story to hit us, any comments on it's validity? My understanding was that the two deposits cannot be worked as one?? Also, another "new mining law" story, give me a break!
Thanks

Hello XXX,
To date no one in government and we are in frequent contact with senior officials has expressed interest or desire in discussing or pursuing a combined Brisas/Las Cristinas project. Unfortunately, over the years a few lower level officials have speculated on that and this looks like more of the same. They are two distinct projects with very different grades and metallurgical attributes and a large barren intrusive rock runs between the two concessions.
Additionally, some have speculated that the project or projects permits could be tied to a new mining law. Once again, for years we have heard of a new mining law. If/when a draft is circulated and in discussion at the National Assembly then we’ll all know that it’s more than just chatter and speculation. We have yet to see or be advised of a draft being discussed in the National Assembly.
Crystallex is the approved builder and operator for the Las Cristinas gold project under a Mine Operating Contact that is in full force and compliance.
Regards,
Richard Marshall
