The company is a scam -- they have a large operating mine in VZ and several big investors behind them and they have a market cap that rivals ours (FD over 500 million shares), if they are so good and favored why do they suck so big?

We don't want to mine LB, in this market raising that much capital is not positive, all we want is a permit to mine LC, reasonable build out costs and a single valuable product -- GOLD.

To summarize, screw Rusoro and let Hugo keep LB -- we just want a permit for LC.
