gw/makin, the opposition to rangel often uses kry/LC as a "corruption" argument since rangel signed the MOA and money paid by kry to CVG at that time "alledgedly" disappeared.....i'm not sure kry being awarded the permit before the elections would be good for rangel....

rangel/sanz/hugo are thick as thieves the last few months and i'm sure this is part of the issue.

IF this is the case (i.e. "wait til the elections are over and you'll get your permit")and kry mngt is aware of it then i can understand the tight lips.....
