Could not agree with you more. Even the word control can't be used, they control every aspect of the contract. ( KRY is a,so to speak, sub contractor to mine the gold.)

I just hate when their officials make statements which mean nothing and our media picks it up as a statement of truth.

My point you can read a ton of articles over the last year and nothing has changed. IE permit denied and then over roded by a letter from a higher official. Back to square one just a lower stock price.
