funny how when oil was skyrocketing hugo was taking all the credit for the booming ven economy (even though nothing was accomplished for his people)...

now that oils crashing it's americas fault....this pretty much goes for the rest of the world too...most countries take full credit on the way up but on the way down blame it on the U.S.
