A recent communication from RM indicates our cash position is Q3 2009. I am being told that Management continue to work for the issuance of the permit: I am sure they know the outcome should it not come soon.

The Company outlined the current cash position and burn rates in the Q2 financials and press release and I also believe in the Denver presentation that was webcast and archived. We have sufficient cash on hand to advance the Company plans into Q3, 2009.
