Rumors are even mentioning ... A world wide Stock Exchange and Banking "holiday" starting Sunday Oct 11, 2008.

If we have a banking "holiday" does that mean I don't have to pay any bills until the holiday is over and get a grace period for bill payment equal to the length of the holiday? That would only be fair wouldn't it?
