New mining laws

This is from RM. There are no new mining laws!!!! Almost anyone in the VZ GOV. can and many times does right a new mining law. It then has to be (what he calls passed around) . After it has been passed around, and everyone has there say so ( it then has to be voted on. This process could and does take from 3 months to two years to pass and be inacted.

The new mining laws you keep hearing about have not even been. up to this time, passed around.
